3D data distribution started.

DDL (Digital Design Lab) has started a distribution service to make widely available design data for shoe molds, heels, etc. by 3dCAD, which we were the first in the industry to develop, based on our know-how accumulated over many years as a shoe manufacturer! The service is based on the know-how accumulated by our shoemakers over the years.
We understand that conventional methods of producing master models require a great deal of time and effort, and are often inadequate in terms of accuracy.
In DDL, we develop parametric design CAD and provide 3D model data with high accuracy and beautiful form in STL format with specification table.

Parametric CAD has almost no ambiguity and the necessary items are shown in the specification table, so there are few oversights in the design and you can use it with confidence.
Even users who do not have a very detailed understanding of lasts can deepen their understanding of lasts by checking the specifications and their explanations.

The provided STL format shape data can be read by the software attached to almost all 3D printers.
The last can be converted into cutting data with the attached CAD of NewLast, and it is possible to manufacture plastic lasts for manufacturing.

You can download full-scale sample data for free to select a 3D printer and check the modeling method.
Please check the sample data and select the desired one from the paid data to purchase.

There are huge variations in lasts, heels, etc., such as shape, heel height, and taste, so you may not be able to find what you need.
In the future, we will gradually increase the types and variations that we think will meet your needs, so please support us by downloading.
