Equipment required for shoe modeling

In the case of shoe molds, you can use a 3D printer of the FD method to make moldings that are accurate enough for practical use.

 Reference example of printer settings
thickness  : 1mm (The thicker it is, the longer it takes to mold.)
Filling density (Reinforcement of hollow parts)  : 5% or more
Laminating Pitch  : 0.2ｍｍ
Molding Materials  : PLA Resin
These are our proven settings. You should use the settings that are appropriate for your printer.

 

Equipment for Heel Models

If you want to check delicate shapes, you should use a high-resolution printer with an inkjet or optical fabrication method.

A resolution of 20 to 50 microns is desirable.
The sword tip thickness of the LouisType heel is designed to be 0.3 mm.
The sharp edges around the cup are chamfered 0.1 mm to prevent chipping.
The heel model is a delicate shape with sharp edges. Please try the heel model on a 3D printer with reasonable resolution.
